Very soon the main party of the year is going to start. It is the very time to lose some kilos, correct your body to meet New year in the best way. Here are some tips for you.

1)You should eat for breakfast porridge or muesli. They digest slow and you will not want to eat for a long time.
2)When you are eating there should be silence all around you. Classical music makes you appetite go up and if you are listening to energetic music you eat twice more than your body needs.
3)Try to drink less coffee, because this liquid stimulates the appetite. Make it 2 cups a day without sugar.
4)The enemy of appetite is garlic. Rasp 3 cloves of garlic and bathe it with a glass of boiled water with the room temperature. In 24 hours it will be ready. You should drink one tea spoon everyday before sleeping.
5)For dinner not later than 2 hours before sleeping eat vegetables with a piece of boiled meat. There are amino acids in meat which activate the hormones, burning fat.
6)Before eating drink a glass of mineral water or tomato juice. They're not only good thirst slacks but give the feeling that you've ate already.
7)If you hunger a bit you can snack with an apple or a carrot. Eat them slowly and chew them very good. That is how you will kill the hunger. Don't through away seeds when you are eating apples in seeds of one apple there is the daily norm of iodine. And iodine reduces the appetite.
8)Not to eat too much eat with men. Because when you are with men you try to demonstrate that you are looking after your body. And the you eat healthy.

In winter we have less vitamins and that is why we have to look more carefully after our health and on the rationality of what we eat. If the ration is going to be very variable the more of very needed minerals will be in there.

The second breakfast: a glass of kefir
Lunch: Russian salad, chicken soup, smoked carrots, a piece of bread
Brunch: baked apples
Dinner: fish, fried on natural oil, baked potatoes, tea
Before sleeping: a glass of milk or kefir.

Breakfast: an egg, semolina porridge, tea with honey and bread with butter
The second breakfast: an apple, a piece of cheese
Lunch :mushroom soup, smoked meat with cabbage.
Brunch: a glass of a kefir cocktail
Dinner: a carrot casserole with prune, tea with honey
Before sleeping: a glass of kefir or tyre.

The energetic diet.





Breakfast:
1)1 non-free yogurt, a bend of fresh berries, a glass of fresh orange juice.
2)an omelet made out of 2 eggs with non fat cheese, fresh vegetables, boiled meat ( chicken, beef). 1 piece of grained bread, a glass of grapefruit juice.
3)porridge on non fat milk with a banana, a piece of grained bread, a glass of tomato juice.

Lunch:
1)vegetable mashed soup, a piece of grained bread, with non fat cheese paste on it, a glass of grape juice and non fat milk.
2)A piece of boiled non fat meat, with vegetable salad, some tangerines, 1 glass of non fat milk.
3)A piece of chicken-grill, a piece of bread, 200 grammes of fresh tomatoes, 1 big orange, a cup of non fat milk.

Dinner:
1)fillet of turbot, 1 smoked potato with sour cream, 200 grammes of stewed broccoli, juice made out of fresh fruit. The menu can be completed with a non fat yogurt.
2)Steak, made on a grill, 200 grammes of vegetable salad, 200 grammes of boiled spinach, some fresh vegetables, fresh juice or non fat milk.
3)Smoked with vegetables and rice chicken breast, 200 grammes of vegetable salad, some fresh fruit, fresh juice or non fat milk.

You have to pick out the one that you like the most.

But the most interesting thing about this diet is that you have to eat a little bit before and after. So each day you have to eat:

100 grams of dried fruits, 50 grams of nuts.
An apple
a banana
slices of orange with low fat cheese
muesli with non fat milk
1 egg and a piece of grained bread
200 grammes of low fat yogurt.

It is very important that you:
drink each day not less than 2 liters of liquids
take vitamins
not drink a lot of alcohol
eat as much as possible products out of solid seed.
Instead of sugar and candies eat dark chocolate and honey.

You cannot:
fried and other fat food
chips, crackers, white bread
sugar in tea or coffee
souses
alcohol
coke.

The Body




I think that just lookng at this body you should think about how you look.
Just imagine yourself with the body that you dream of.
It is very good on the mind on the one side because you start thinking that you could look the same and start doing something. But there is another side that is no that good. If you do not get any results - a depression is on your way...
I think that women should love themselves as they are...
Having a lot of problems with how I look myself I found out that you could look in the mirror twice and the first time you can love yourself because you just heard that you have a free day tomorrow and then you can look at yourself and discover that you hate yourself just because somebody outside looked at you in the wrong way...
So much things, so much facts...
But I know the truth is that you have to be different... Love vs hate is always good.
Just think if we had only good moments in our life we would never think that we should love those moments...

Hollywood diet.


Its name this diet got because it is very popular beyond Hollywood stars. If you are going to follow it you have to limit your use of salt, not eat sugar at all also starch-containing products, fats including oil and bread.

The breakfast always consists of 2 oranges and a cup of tea or coffee.

The first day
Lunch
2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tomato, 40 gramme of almonds, a cup of coffee.

Dinner
1 chicken cutlet, 1 tomato, 6 slices of cucumber, salad without sugar and oil, 1 grapefriut.


The second day:
Lunch
1 egg, which for several seconds is put in boiling water, 1 grapefruit, 1 cup of black coffee.

Sinner
150 gramme of beef meat, green salad, a cup of non sugar tea.


The third day
Lunch
sunny-side fried eggs made out of 1 egg, 1 tomato, 15 gramme of cauliflower, a cup of coffee.

Dinner

150 gramme of fish fillet, ketchup, 1 cucumber, a cup of non sugar tea.


The fourth day
Lunch
1 grapefruit, a salad made of celery and cabbage, with a side of sour milk and vinegar, tea or water.

Dinner
1 boiled egg, 149 gramme of cottage cheese with sweet pepper and caraway, 100 gramme of grated carrot with lemon juice.

I still do weights and cardio, but I try to take a soft, feminine approach. I'm definitely not fanatical. Basically, I'm just like anybody else, in that you have the body type you have, and you know what you have to do to get in top form, and you know how you are when you kind of slack off. I ate steamed sea bass or steamed beef and vegetables, and I had no sugar and only drank soy milk.” Angelina had lost weight from overwork and was glad the training and healthy diet helped her put back on a few pounds of curves.

"I’m all for curves on a woman, and feeling sexy," she says, "and I never felt healthier or stronger than during the filming of this movie." Jolie performed almost all of her own stunts in “Tomb Raider,” which include sword fighting, spear throwing, dog sledding and bungee jumping. For the bungee-jumping sequence, she went through three months’ training. “The most difficult thing was learning how to do bungee ballet,” she recalls. “It took a while to learn how to work with the harness.”

When Angelina Jolie was married to husband Billy Bob Thornton, they were really focused on cleaning up their acts. Angelina said, "No more smoking or drinking, and a sugar-free diet. They want to be really healthy before they embark on having children".
