From the first till the fourth day and the seventh day are the same: Brunch: steamed cornflakes with 2 spoons of yogurt. Monday lunch: buckwheat porridge without salt or sugar with kefir. Dinner: a fruit salad ( any fruits with 2 spoons of yogurt)+ 2 glasses of pineapple juice. Tuesday lunch: vegetable ragout ( 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, a spoon of  beans). Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 100 grammes of chicken + 2 glasses of pineapple juice. Wensday lunch: 1-- grammes of &lt;br /&gt;fat with a piece of bread, 2 bananas, and 3 spoons of yogurt. Dinner: smashed potatoes, 2 glasses of  tomato juice. Thursday Brunch: fruit salad, a half of glass of  raisin. Lunch: rise( without salt) + 50 grammes of chicken, a glass of kefir. Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice. Saturday brunch: 100 grammes of non fat cottage cheese+ 2 cups of green tea. Lunch: buckwheat+ any vegetables and fruit. I believe in having a really well-balanced diet, a little bit of everything, and I think if you’re fit and healthy, your body will let you know what it needs. She says, "I don’t drink, never, and I don’t smoke and don’t do drugs," she stresses. "I never started drinking or smoking.
