A diet for those who like to eat.
The first day.
400 grammes of boiled meat, 300 grammes of vegetable salad ( tomatoes, cucumbers, onions), with sour cream.
The second day.
2 boiled eggs, 50 grammes of non fat cheese, 400 grammes of fruit.
The third day.
400 ml of non fat meat clear soup, salad ( the same as the first day), 200 grammes of dried fruit.
The fourth day.
400 ml of cottage cheese, 3 boiled potatoes, 400 grammes of dries fruit, 1 tomato and greens.
All the products split up to 3-4 times. Everything you should eat without salt.
Every four days you will lose 2-2,5 kilogrammes. As the diet is easy it is very not so hard to try.
