The fast diet.
The first day:
Breakfast: 1 apple, tea (black coffee) without sugar or milk.
Lunch: 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 apple ( or orange)
Dinner: 1 egg, lettuce salad, tea
The second day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato, tea ( black coffee) without sugar or milk.
Lunch: boiled meat ( 100grammes), lettuce salad, 1 glass of grape juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.
The third day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 tomato ( cucumber), tea ( coffee)
Lunch: a cutlet( without fat), crout, 1 glass of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 glass of non fat kefir.
The fourth day:
Breakfast: 100 grammes of cottage cheese, tea ( coffee)
Lunch: boiled non salted fish, lettuce salad, 1 glass of carrot juice.
Dinner: 2 apples.
The fifth day:
Breakfast: 1 egg, lettuce salad, tea.
Lunch: 100 grammes of meat, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 1 glass of apple juice.
Dinner: 1 glass of non fat kefir.
The sixth day:
Breakfast:100 grammes of cottage cheese, tea ( coffee).
Lunch: boiled non salted fish ( 100 grammes), crout, 1 glass of carrot juice.
Dinner:2 apples.
The seventh day:
Breakfast: 1 piece of cheese, 1 apple, tea ( coffee).
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of boiled chicken, tea.
Dinner: 1 glass of non fat kefir.
