Chocolate diet.
The chocolate diet is for 5-7 days and no longer! After it you have to take a break 4-6 days.
The diet: During the day you can eat 2 chocolate bars about 40 grammes, drink coffee without sugar and non fat milk. You are allowed to drink every 3 hours after you ate. In 5 days of this diet you can lose 6 kilogrammes.
This diet can effect on your liver thats why before trying it you have to consult with your doctor.
Pluses: if you like to eat a lot of sweets than this is for you. You will enjoy it and lose some weight.
Minuses: You cannot do it for a long time.
