New Year with a new body!


Very soon the main party of the year is going to start. It is the very time to lose some kilos, correct your body to meet New year in the best way. Here are some tips for you.

1)You should eat for breakfast porridge or muesli. They digest slow and you will not want to eat for a long time.
2)When you are eating there should be silence all around you. Classical music makes you appetite go up and if you are listening to energetic music you eat twice more than your body needs.
3)Try to drink less coffee, because this liquid stimulates the appetite. Make it 2 cups a day without sugar.
4)The enemy of appetite is garlic. Rasp 3 cloves of garlic and bathe it with a glass of boiled water with the room temperature. In 24 hours it will be ready. You should drink one tea spoon everyday before sleeping.
5)For dinner not later than 2 hours before sleeping eat vegetables with a piece of boiled meat. There are amino acids in meat which activate the hormones, burning fat.
6)Before eating drink a glass of mineral water or tomato juice. They're not only good thirst slacks but give the feeling that you've ate already.

The winter diet. New Year.


In winter we have less vitamins and that is why we have to look more carefully after our health and on the rationality of what we eat. If the ration is going to be very variable the more of very needed minerals will be in there.

Breakfast: omelet, coffee with milk, salad made out of sourcrout.
The second breakfast: a glass of kefir
Lunch: Russian salad, chicken soup, smoked carrots, a piece of bread
Brunch: baked apples
Dinner: fish, fried on natural oil, baked potatoes, tea
Before sleeping: a glass of milk or kefir.

The second variant

Breakfast: an egg, semolina porridge, tea with honey and bread with butter
The second breakfast: an apple, a piece of cheese
Lunch :mushroom soup, smoked meat with cabbage.
Brunch: a glass of a kefir cocktail
Dinner: a carrot casserole with prune, tea with honey
Before sleeping: a glass of kefir or tyre.
