Candy diet.

This sweet diet came to us from mountain-climbers. A long time ago they found out that sweets – lollipops can substitutes of normal food. And they are not going to weigh down your stomach. These wonderful features later on knew the girlfriends of the mountain-climbers and decided that it was a good way of losing weight.
So the main point of the diet is the normal meals are substantiated by lollipops. During the day you should suck up to one package of lollipops that is about 75 grammes. But if you want to lose weight fast than you should eat only lollipops. If you want to lose 2-3 kilograms during the month you should substance your dinner and all the things that you ate during the night to lollipops.

There is no need to do this every day you can make your own program and use this diet once a week to clear up your organism fast.

The best lollipops that you can suck are the ones that you can get at the pharmacy. They have to have vitamins in them. So you will do better for your organism twice!

Also there are a lot of unique sides of this diet:
1)when you are on a diet you always want something sweet and if you are sucking lollipops all the time all that you can feel is that sweet stuff in your mouth.
2)When you are on a diet you have to drink a lot and when you always have something sweet in your mouth you just need to drink a lot.
3)It is a cheap diet
4)You can trade it with a milk on fruit one with no harm on your body!

So, I think that you should try this diet and look for yourself. I can only suppose that this will help because every body has its own rhythms and you should try a lot of diets before you get the right one just for you!
