The air diet.


All the 7 days are the same: Breakfast: tea without sugar, a piece of bread with butter ( just a bit) with a piece of cheese. From the first till the fourth day and the seventh day are the same: Brunch: steamed cornflakes with 2 spoons of yogurt. Monday lunch: buckwheat porridge without salt or sugar with kefir. Dinner: a fruit salad ( any fruits with 2 spoons of yogurt)+ 2 glasses of pineapple juice. Tuesday lunch: vegetable ragout ( 1 potato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, a spoon of beans). Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 100 grammes of chicken + 2 glasses of pineapple juice. Wensday lunch: 1-- grammes of
fat with a piece of bread, 2 bananas, and 3 spoons of yogurt. Dinner: smashed potatoes, 2 glasses of tomato juice. Thursday Brunch: fruit salad, a half of glass of raisin. Lunch: rise( without salt) + 50 grammes of chicken, a glass of kefir. Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 glasses of orange juice. Saturday brunch: 100 grammes of non fat cottage cheese+ 2 cups of green tea. Lunch: buckwheat+ any vegetables and fruit. Dinner: carrots with an apple and sugar, 2 cups of green tea.
