Spring diet!


This diet is not a horrible one, vegetables you can eat a lot, but not too much! Do not eat bananas and very sweet fruits. Drink a lot of mineral water or green tea. When buying milk products look at the fatness. The optimal is less than 1%, but not more than 3%.

Breakfast:
125 grammes of cottage cheese, 2-3 crackers or toasts, a spoon of honey with tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: 1-2 fruits, green vegetables.
Lunch2: A cup of soup without fat, non salted meat, boiled. 3 spoons of pea-coal and fresh vegetables.
Dinner: 1-2 fruits, 1 diet yogurt.
Before each meal you have to drink 200 ml of non gas mineral water.
