The diet of models.


This is how you should eat in a month during three days, without salt and sugar. If you will follow it you may lose up to 6 kilogrammes.

Morning:
A boiled egg.

After three hours: 175 grammes of cottage cheese, a cup of tea without sugar.

After three hours: 175 grammes of cottage cheese, a cup of tea.

The diet is rather rough but you can do it!
