A diet for the waist. from Beyonce



This diet will help you to make your waist thinner, but only if you will daily do sport!

Breakfast:
a boiled egg, some toasts, a bit of butter, a cup of kefir, a cup of tea without sugar.

Lunch:
non salted meat without fat and potatoes, some salad with lemon juice.

Brunch:
a half of a cup of tea without sugar, toast without butter.

Dinner:
a salad with cold meat, a sandwich with non salted meat and without potatoes.

YOU CANNOT EAT:
chocolate, sugar, rusks, fresh bread and also drink alcohol.
