A diet against a depression.


This diet is needed for those who want to get a better mood and the stabilization of the emotional ground. The diet is for 3-7 days. Though the diet does not deal with the problems of the depression but the right eating can get the body back to normal and then get to a better mood. For that in the ration there are involved products that help to get out the hormones of happiness, they have the vitamins B, E and anti depressive substantives.

The recommended products: chicken meat, turkey, fish, sea products, eggs, fresh milk and milk products, vegetables, fruits, nuts, dark chocolate.

You cannot drink alcohol during the diet, eat bread, drink soda or eat any food with fat.

Here is how yo should eat, but you can do it your way if you like.

Breakfast: a boiled egg, bread with hard cheese and a leaf of punch, tea with sugar and dark chocolate.
The second breakfast: fruit salad with kiwi and tangerine with yogurt and nuts.

Brunch: mint tea with jam out of cassis.

Dinner: trout cooked with cheese, bean salad with grass, hot chocolate.

For night: tincture of tutsan.
