A diet for the ladies.


This diet is good for those who needs to lose weight very fast. For 4 days you can lose – 2.5-3 kg.

During the day you need ti drink two cups of black coffee with a kid of a substitute of sugar. Two cups of tea ( with out lemon!), as much as you can eat non fat cottage cheese, as much as you can eat fresh cucumbers and red pepper. Drink mineral water a lot.
