The drunk diet.


You have to use it no longer than 7 days.

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 50 grammes of cottage cheese.

Lunch: 150 grammes of boiled white fish, a small piece of lettuce, 2 doses ( 40 grammes) of whisky, gin, vodka and 2 glasses of white wine.

Dinner: 150 grammes of non salted meat or chicken, a small piece of lettuce, 30 grammes of cheese,2 doses of strong alcohol ( the same as on lunch)
